The Director of Donor Relations leads donor engagement and stewardship efforts for System Advancement promoting consistent and thoughtful recognition of donors in alignment with campus-based strategies and industry best practices, This role ensures high-quality implementation of donor relations programs that foster interaction with donors at all levels across the CU system.

The Director is provides functional and operational leadership over donor relations efforts and manages fiscal and human resources of the Front-Line Support Services team, including, but not limited to:

- Baseline acknowledgement, receipting, and endowment financial reporting
- System funds stewardship, including support of Treasury managed donor funds
- Multi-campus stewardship plans for select donors
- Two system-wide giving societies, partnering with the Principal Gifts team on presidential engagement strategies
- System Donor Events, including activities that advance the university’s strategy, image and reputation
- Technology leveraged and standards lead for System-wide donor relations excellence

We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on discovering and qualifying new sales opportunities, through email and phone, with introductions and education, across our target customer base: U.S based nonprofits, foundations, associations and schools, with revenues between $10M and $100M per year.

This is a role for someone who is energized by outreach, unafraid of cold conversations, and deeply curious about the nonprofit landscape. You’ll be the first touchpoint many prospects have with Storyraise—helping them imagine how digital storytelling can increase their engagement with donors.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Donor Relations and Prospect Development, the Director of Gift Documentation acts as the university’s central resource for donor gift documentation and collaborates closely with gift officers, Advancement Services, University counsel, Virginia Tech Foundation counsel, and financial offices to facilitate the documentation, creation of, and management of endowments, current-use funds, and related amendments. The Director is responsible for understanding and adhering to policy while making recommendations for policy updates, as needed. In addition, the Director will ensure alignment with legal and operational guidelines. This position will work to streamline processes, provide individual and group trainings, create and maintain resource materials, and create executive briefings in support of gift documentation workflows. This role requires a balance between personalized donor interactions, strong collaboration skills, and meticulous process management to ensure both a positive donor experience while ensuring a lasting institutional legacy. The Director will play a pivotal role in donor engagement, crafting timely documentation that honors both donor intent and Virginia Tech’s strategic vision.

The Development Operations Manager plays a vital role in supporting the fundraising efforts of the Sarasota Performing Arts Foundation by managing the day-to-day operations of the development department. This position ensures the smooth execution of administrative functions, campaign support, and donor stewardship. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Development Operations Manager will be responsible for calendar and communications management, donor acknowledgment processes, and capital campaign coordination, while serving as a key liaison to board members, donors, and internal stakeholders.

The Donor Engagement Manager is a key member of the development team responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive, year-round donor engagement and stewardship program designed to enhance donor satisfaction, increase donor retention and acquisition, and strengthen the long-term base of philanthropic support for the Sarasota Performing Arts Foundation. This individual will lead efforts to acknowledge, engage, and celebrate donors at all levels through personalized communication, special events, and meaningful recognition.

Serving as the primary liaison for Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and Membership Society donors, the Donor Engagement Manager will ensure timely fulfillment of benefits, including ticket requests, and provide concierge-level service to advance donor relationships. The role also oversees all stewardship and cultivation events, including the annual Gala, special receptions, and smaller high-impact gatherings to elevate the donor experience and support strategic fundraising initiatives, including the Capital Project.

The Stony Brook University Advancement Director position elevates the Donor Experience team’s mission by leading the strategy, planning, and execution of a comprehensive donor stewardship and recognition program. The Director will be a creative and visionary leader who serves as the university’s subject matter expert for this area, responsible for designing and managing a unified campus-wide vision for donor experience, overseeing stewardship communications and reporting, and ensuring meaningful engagement and recognition of donors at all levels. They will partner closely with Advancement leadership, development officers, Advancement Constituent Experience and Marketing and Communications colleagues, and campus partners to support Stony Brook University Advancement’s goals.

The Associate Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship serves as a strategic leader and storyteller within the University Advancement Marketing and Communications team. Charged with advancing a culture of gratitude and philanthropic impact, this role designs and implements comprehensive stewardship communications, donor recognition strategies, and data-driven engagement initiatives that strengthen donor relationships across all levels of giving.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Donor Relations, the role is responsible for overseeing annual donor reporting focused on endowment and scholarship impact, providing support for the management of donor recognition programs, and ensuring effective systems for tracking and evaluating stewardship efforts. This role partners closely with colleagues in Financial Aid, Advancement Services and the Treasurer’s Office to ensure a coordinated, personalized, and mission-driven approach to donor engagement.

Through signature events, student programs, and cross-campus collaboration, the Senior Director ensures that students and young alumni (primarily ages 22–35) see themselves as valued members of the Ball State community—now and in the future.

The Senior Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for building and sustaining a strong pipeline from student experience to lifelong alumni involvement, with a focus on increasing affinity, volunteerism, engagement, and philanthropy among emerging generations of alumni. The Stewardship Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategic, behaviour-based stewardship and recognition programs that foster deeper donor engagement across all levels of giving. This role leads the planning of personalized donor experiences—from tailored communications and milestone celebrations to virtual and in-person events—ensuring every interaction is meaningful, timely, and aligned with donor preferences and institutional goals.

Acting as a central resource for recognition strategy, the position manages naming opportunity inventory, advises on institutional naming policies, and ensures consistent, policy-aligned recognition in gift agreements, signage, publications, and event materials.

The Air Force Museum Foundation seeks a dynamic and strategic Major Gift Officer
(MGO) to support its growing fundraising efforts.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and serving as a critical member of the
Development team, the MGO will play a pivotal role in developing and executing donor
discovery, qualification, engagement, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. The MGO
will consistently drive and manage strategic, personalized engagement with individual,
corporate, and foundation donors, matching donors' interests and philanthropic
priorities with the mission and goals of the museum and the foundation

This position is responsible for securing major gifts to support the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS), with a focus on the College of Health, Science and Technology and other assigned units. The role involves managing a portfolio of up to 125 major gift prospects (with a giving potential of $25,000 or more), and conducting at least 15 donor visits or significant contacts each month. Key responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors; leading fundraising strategies and campaigns; coordinating closely with UIS leadership, deans, and unit directors; and maintaining accurate records in the fundraising database. The role requires regional travel and participation in donor events and campus visits.
