This role is key to launching the capital campaign, leading annual giving campaigns with a focus on donor acquisition and retention, engaging alumni through region-specific events, developing initiatives to strengthen alumni connections, and managing comprehensive communications strategies. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this role supports activities such as event planning, alumni programming, fundraising appeals, and donor stewardship. Through the campaign, this role will focus on collaborating with strategic partners, enhancing donor engagement, and building a network of dedicated supporters. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels at multitasking and thrives within a small, collaborative team environment.

The Donor Engagement Writer will work in close collaboration with fundraisers, staff in the Office of the President, the Office of the Corporation, and other institute officers, will craft and convey for approval acknowledgements for the Institute’s most generous donors and volunteers; develop new and improve existing systems to assure coordinated information sharing and appropriate and timely application for acknowledgements; partner with cross-Institute colleagues to integrate strategic stewardship messaging in communications from senior Institute officers to donors; and proofreads and copyedits correspondence and serves an essential role in developing crisis response communications.

MemoryFox is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Success Specialist who thrives in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. This individual will work closely with nonprofits, helping them utilize MemoryFox to craft compelling storytelling campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, personable, and passionate about supporting nonprofits in achieving their goals. Their key north star KPIs will center on the activation and retention of MemoryFox customers.

The Assistant Vice President of Donor Relations and Advancement Services serves as a member of advancement executive leadership team, creating and implementing strategies that will enhance the Universities fundraising and engagement efforts.

The AVP will oversee all programs and units within the Donor Relations and Advancement Services team at UNT, including donor relations, advancement services (data administration, analysis, business intelligence, and gift administration), and lifelong learning and community engagement activities. The AVP participates in planning, strategic direction, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities related to the university's development goals and campaign initiatives.

The AVP will be responsible for driving efficient business practices, delivering critical data intelligence to optimize all aspects of the advancement team’s efforts, strengthening donor retention and community engagement through programs and communications, and engage campus partners in developing a culture of philanthropy.

The AVP maintains UNT Policy related to university advancement, coordinates Public Information Requests (PIR), coordinates the SACS accreditation process, manages all UNT System Board of Regents Board Order submissions related to university advancement, manages gift acceptance and review including the gift documentation processes, is responsible for the timely submission of all official fundraising reports to IEP, VSE< USNWR, CAE and other reports requested by the President and the UNT System Board of Regents. The AVP manages the executive director of advancement services who oversees Advancement’s development database system (Blackbaud NXT).

The Senior Manager of Health Care Donor Engagement is responsible for stewarding and engaging donors to the School of Medicine and MU Health Care, recognizing and connecting donors to the impact of their generosity. The successful candidate will be a central advancement Donor Relations team member, collaborating to create a consistent, world-class donor experience. This individual will work closely with the advancement teams in the School of Medicine and MU Health Care.

The Principal Giving Engagement Senior Manager is responsible for stewarding, engaging, and coordinating exceptional experiences for principal gift-level donors and prospects. This individual will assist in planning and creating one-of-a-kind experiences and developing programs that bring Mizzou’s strategic priorities to life meaningfully for donors and prospects accustomed to tailored experiences. A vital component of this role will be identifying opportunities for campus leaders to engage with donors and prospects personally and professionally during on-campus and off-campus visits. The successful candidate will be a member of the University of Missouri Advancement Donor Relations team, collaborating to create consistent, world-class donor experiences. This individual will work closely with the principal giving team.

The Assistant Director of Stewardship and Engagement Events supports the Director in overseeing the logistics and execution of stewardship and engagement initiatives at Endicott College.

This position is central to planning and coordinating events, tracking donor engagement, managing acknowledgment processes, and ensuring consistent recognition of donor contributions and benefits. Through effective event management and stewardship practices, the Assistant Director fosters strong relationships with donors.
