INTRODUCING DRG'S
Bespoke Solutions Showcase
This isn't professional development. This is solution development.
Some donor relations challenges need more than a webinar or conference session, but don't require a full consulting engagement. Our Bespoke Solutions Showcases are six-month implementation cohorts where you'll work alongside DRG consultants to solve some of your biggest donor relations challenges .
Why We Created Bespoke Solutions
Over the years, we've watched incredible professionals leave our conferences, webinars, and workshops inspired to make meaningful changes.
They have the ideas and expertise, but when they return to desks, calendars fill up, priorities shift, and the project they were excited to tackle slowly slips to the bottom of the list.
We wanted to create something different.
A place where nonprofit professionals could receive expert guidance, collaborate with peers, work through challenges, and keep projects moving forward.
That's exactly what the Bespoke Solutions Showcase is.
Over six months, you'll meet with DRG consultants and a small group of peers who are equally committed to making meaningful progress. Together, we'll work through challenges, refine your approach, and keep your project moving forward.
This isn't professional development. It's solution development.

What You Can Expect
Each Bespoke Solutions Showcase follows the same implementation model, combining expert guidance, peer collaboration, and practical work designed to help you move your project forward.
This is a guided implementation experience, not a done-for-you consulting engagement. We’ll show you how to build the strategy, communications, workflows, and tools you need, then support you as you create a right-sized solution for your organization. We’ll provide examples, templates, coaching, and feedback, but your organization will create the final materials and put them into practice.
We intentionally pace the work over six months so you have time to think, gather feedback, engage colleagues, and make steady progress without overwhelming your schedule.

How It Works
1. Bring your challenge
2. Identify the solution
3. Put it into practice
Select the implementation cohort that aligns with the challenge your organization is ready to tackle.
Each cohort focuses on a specific area of donor relations and provides a tailored roadmap for success.
Over six months, you'll work alongside DRG consultants and a small group of peers through monthly working sessions, personalized coaching, practical tools, and collaborative discussions.
Together, you'll develop a solution that's tailored to your organization's unique needs.
Between sessions, you'll apply what you've learned, complete guided implementation work, and receive ongoing feedback and accountability.
By the end of the program, you'll have a practical solution and a clear plan for moving forward.

FAQ
How many people from my organization can participate?
Each organization may register one participant (think of this person as your project lead). That participant may share DRG-provided presentations, worksheets, templates, handouts, and samples with colleagues inside their organization.
Are sessions recorded?
No. Sessions are intentionally not recorded to encourage candid discussion, collaborative problem-solving, and open sharing among participants.
What if I miss a session?
If you're unable to attend a working session, you'll receive the presentation materials, worksheets, and handouts. You can also attend the next available Q&A session to ask questions and continue making progress. Individual make-up sessions are not included.
Can I ask questions between sessions?
Yes. Participants are welcome to email brief implementation questions between sessions. More in-depth discussions and consulting will take place during the live cohort sessions so the entire group can benefit from the conversation.
What happens if the minimum enrollment isn't met?
The Bespoke Solutions Showcase needs a minimum of three participating organizations. If minimum enrollment is not reached, participants may transfer their registration to the next cohort or receive a full refund.
