Integrated Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Status: Full time - 40 hours per week*
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

We’re looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Strategist to join our team and help expand our reach during an exciting time of growth. This role is all about creativity and mindful execution. We’re looking for someone who can take ideas from concept to completion and deliver high-quality work with purpose and precision across every stage of the process.

Working alongside the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating closely with our entire team, you’ll help shape and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that expand our reach, connect with new audiences, and strengthen engagement across our growing community of nonprofit professionals.
​
You will lead our social media presence (including that of our founder and principal), oversee our e-commerce storefront, and design and edit presentations, graphics, videos, and other creative assets. You’ll also serve as the lead project manager for all marketing initiatives under the supervision of the CMO.
​
This position is best suited for a versatile and dynamic professional with a strong understanding of the nonprofit industry. You’ll also need expertise in social media marketing, project management, graphic design, video editing, and modern digital marketing techniques to thrive in this role.

Social Media and Content

Create, schedule, and publish daily content across DRG’s social media channels and multiple accounts.

Develop engaging posts and campaigns that reflect DRG’s brand voice, key values, and donor relations thought leadership.

Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding quickly and escalating as needed.

Maintain a content calendar to ensure all posts are aligned with sales cycles, webinars, product launches, and partnerships.

Support content creation for downloadable resources, webinars, conferences, workbooks, and partner promotions.

Must have strong social media instincts, be able to quickly identify what will resonate with our audience, and create content that reflects current trends while staying true to our brand.
Creative Production

Design marketing collateral including social graphics, reports, slide decks, worksheets, templates, and partner promo assets.

Edit and update slide decks for DRG webinars, conference presentations, and trainings.

Edit and produce short- and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, trainings, and product pages.

Support the creative development of new DRG products, toolkits, templates, and downloadable resources.
Digital Marketing, Product, and Campaign Support

Assist in building email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and segmented sales funnels in HubSpot.

Support content management in Wix, including product pages, event listings, and blog posts.

Manage DRG’s e-commerce storefront in Shopify, including but not limited to posting new products, uploading assets, optimizing descriptions, product discounts, and keeping the product catalog organized.

Assist with product creation, including preparing files, formatting templates, and editing resource materials.

Set up Zoom webinars and virtual events, including back-end setup, speaker access, branding settings, and registration integrations.

Support SEO and optimization initiatives to increase visibility among nonprofit audiences.

Pull analytics and reporting across CRM, social media, email, website, and storefront to guide strategy.
Project Management and Collaboration

Use Basecamp daily to assign and manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

Work closely with leadership on projects including product launches, partnerships, conferences, and marketing campaigns.

Support execution of integrated campaigns for webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and resources.

Maintain internal processes, brand standards, and campaign documentation.

Must excel at project management, juggling multiple deadlines, and keeping workstreams organized in a fast-paced, adaptable, and changing environment.
Brand Growth & Strategic Outreach

Supporting company growth initiatives by helping expand DRG’s reach into new markets, audiences, and verticals.

Identifying and engaging with industry media outlets to increase DRG’s visibility through interviews, articles, podcast features, and sector-wide publications.

Coordinating outreach to prospective partners, including vendors, platforms, and mission-aligned organizations that can enhance DRG’s offerings and audience reach.

Providing publicity support for DRG’s speakers and thought leaders, ensuring their expertise is showcased through appearances, features, and speaking opportunities.

Managing speaking and training engagements, including inquiries, scheduling, proposals, logistics, and follow-up to ensure a seamless and professional experience for hosts and participants.
The ideal person for this position has:

Undeniable passion for social media, marketing, and/or nonprofit work and fundraising

3+ years of professional social media management experience for an organization, brand, or business.

Experience with SEO, analytics platforms, CRM tools, social scheduling platforms, and project management software

A creative mind who enjoys crafting witty, engaging, and on-brand social media content

A wicked sense of humor (we take the work seriously, but not ourselves)

Passion for staying current on trends, platforms, and strategies in digital marketing and social media

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to DRG’s bold, gratitude-first brand voice

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team

Experience with Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, or similar graphic design programs

Video editing experience, especially for short-form social media content

Experience managing an e-commerce storefront

Familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, and modern CRM or e-commerce tools

Skills in segmentation, reporting, and market research
